3. Tracking and Monitoring Order confirmation from suppliers and dealing with their PO related queries.
4. Record-keeping duties- managing filing / archiving of hard copies and soft copies of approved PO s. and their retrieval for any reference.
5. Co-coordinating with Buyers and Finance Dept on Payment Requests.
6. Co-coordinating with Buyers, Finance Dept. and Suppliers on queries relating to receiving of materials.
7. Follow up with Suppliers on overdue deliveries
all work related to Store.
