Duties included Responsibility for the Hardware Maintenance of HP, Compaq, IBM, Dell, Netapps and Sun/Oracle Servers being based at Citi. I also do Upgrades, Server Moves, New installs and Decommission of these products. We also maintain Oracle stock onsite as well as HP/Compaq Spares for Citi.

Duties included Responsibility for the overall management of a team of 7 engineers and an administrator, this included appraisals, identifying and arranging training, motivation, and monitoring holiday and sickness. This role required delivering a Hardware break fix service as per contractual agreement between Computacenter and Merrill Lynch. The role also included weekly operational meetings.
Duties included This role required the delivery of day-to-day service onsite for a hardware break fix. I supervised a team of 7 individuals over five remote sites to achieve a high standard SLA.
Duties included In this role I was delivering a hardware break fix service onsite which printers, pc's laptops and servers to a contracted Service Level Agreement
