Developing current projects, commercial and ministry of defense clients.
• Floating Desalination Plant Project at Shuqaiq.
• Develop Floating Barriers to Block the unembed explosive boats along with well reputed American Company HALO
- Finding new line of business and diversify the projects portfolio.
- Getting all new projects completed before/at the deadline
- Managing all contractors on daily basis and make sure the budget is under control.
the RFP and send it to all ship’s yards.
•Receiving the bids proposal and technically evaluate them and process the analyses
•Prepare the recommendation to higher management by choosing the optimum yard considering so many factors
•Dry-docking slot planning and looking after choosing optimum Dry dock berth for the ship.
•Dry-docking bed, preparing, processing, and executing.
•Meeting the suppliers before the dry-docking to make sure all major spares are up to the standards and meets our satisfaction.
•Make sure all the spares are arriving to the country of the Dry-docking taking place before/on ship arrival, -as some items take one year to be manufactured and delivered.
•Managing and be part of the dry-dock team to make sure the project runs smoothly and executed below the budget planned.
•Procuring the spare parts during the dry-dock and make sure the spares are arrived on time at cheapest way.
