Job Description:
1.coordination between all ongoing projects.
2.tracking actual project's progress against planned.
3. Review and Prepare monthly and weekly progress reports.
4.prepare projects financial claim and financial cash flow tables & diagrams.
5. Coordination between CPM team and design team.
6. Prepare with the design team BOQs and material specification lists and tendering documents & contracts for new projects.
7. get price quotations from suppliers, compare prices & search for suitable supplier for the projects .
8. attending weekly meeting with both clients and all project contractors / suppliers.
9. leading a team include of (2 Civil & 1 mechanical & 1 electrical) Engineers
