Job Descriptions and Responsibilities of Material and Inventory planning
* Sound knowledge of API‟s control documents like CA, commercial Invoice, Form 3, Form 7 and final ADC
clearance certificate.
* Prepare supply plan on availability of API‟s raw material and packing material.
* Prepare supply plan as per market demand or need basis.
* Plan and confirm replenishment plan and place order for local 3rd
party supplier to ensure availability.
* Work with local procurement team to monitor supplier performance and agree lead time and order
quantity parameters for use in replenishment planning.
* Create order in local system and issue to local third party supplier
* Ensure market inventory and purchase order data or up to date and correct i-e (PO receipt and
confirmation update) and upload to information.
* Review and agree inventory planning parameters calculated by GSC with focus on any factors not
captured in the information planning.
* Provide market supply chain support to product launched planning, discontinuously and preparation.
* Daily preparing of updating inventory analysis report (shelf stock, goods return and repair or faulty
items order packed and cancellation and justifying with reasons in valuation to excess short quantity.
* Preparing a monthly inventory internal audit report of Inventory.

2. Product Management:

3. Demand Management:
* Demand raise according to the sales plan
* Demand raise need basis or lead time
* No excess demand just need basis
* Demand received according to the plan
* Demand received from approved supplier
* Prepare supply plan as per market demand or need basis.
