Change management to embed continuous improvement activities into production, quality, &, maintenance teams.
Responsible for operational project management of New Product Implementation projects.

Managing all edible oil plant operations which include production, maintenance, Quality Control, raw materials stores, &, finished goods stores. Determine products costs, plant budget & CAPEX requirements.
Supervised installation & commissioning of Savola new project which comprised of PET line, Jerry can line, &, refinery.
Meet with suppliers, negotiate materials supply terms & prices Procure all plant requirements including raw materials, chemicals, spare parts, etc... Meet machine suppliers & other technical personnel, discuss various technical aspects & arrange modifications wherever required. Prepare reports to top management with regard to general plant performance, output, efficiency, &, material yield.
