As Regional Sales Manager for Western Region (Jeddah, Makkah, Taif, Madinah, Abha, Khamis, Yanbu & Jizan).
Responsible for Modern Trade, General trade, wholesalers and Catering Division in Western Region, taking care of sales and merchandizing team activity and assist them to establish, promote and develop the range of consumer goods in all super markets in Western Region, with reasonably good shelf space on the right location in every supermarket.
Achieving the monthly budget within the limit of the division’s policy and budget constraints. Forward planning, trade development schemes and ensure that all resources are maximized effectively to meet the division’s objective.
• To drive the execution of sales & distribution strategies within domain of responsibility covering all trade channels.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Achieve sales targets monthly / quarterly / yearly, and on time collection from company credit clients to maintain the target cash inflow of the area.
• Support marketing to achieve market share objective of Al Rabie products in allocated area, increasing by distribution, availability, visibility.
• Reviews operating results, compares them with target, and take steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct any unsatisfactory results.
• Ensure proper utilization of company assets i.e. man, van, cooler, etc.
• Ensure product availability in market place to fulfill the consumers demand, and all stores are sufficiently stocked to meet the demand.
• Maintain the company hygiene standards at all times.
• Provide on job training to depot staff to deliver the best services to customers irrespective the volume business.
• Effective & efficient administration of the depot office including i.e. ware house, stock ordering to head office, staff administration, Govt related issues etc.

• Implements trade activities by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
