B- Marketing, Geo marketing & GPI consultant assistance :
Major Responsibility:
As a telecom subcontractor company has its ability and resources to build Mobile (GSM/CDMA) network as well as to telecom equipment production & supplier such as mobile sites (COW, Shelter) making in PTS own factory in UAE. PTS has its goals and Aspirations to enter Iraqi market so (As well as to PTS PM Responsibility) my role in marketing side was:
•Getting the right market intelligence for procurement excellence
•Discovering market opportunities and analysis potential factors in telecom market and supply suggestion to high management including price primary value estimation to enter specific telecom project for interest of specific customer such as (Huawei, NSN …)as well as to make economical, technical , resources , security and financial feasibility study based on general situation in market with respect to potential competitive or market affection economically and politically
•Deep follow up to other subcontractor competitive companies in telecom market of Iraq with respect to their weak and strong points, their resources availability, their ability to enter different demographical regions, availability of their flow cash and provide salaries to their employee at a time , then estimation to their final price produced to our sharing customers such as (Huawei or NSN..) in a specific projects such as (3G swap projects in Iraq 2014 )and probability of win the project
•Conducting effective negotiations with customer especially (contract department ) and build good relationship and try to know future projects in order to arrange proper plan and preparation before its announcement
Major Projects and tasks in marketing field /PTS:
Successful in make deep analysis to telecom market situation in Iraq and feed high management by required information and studies .this support good facility to win following project:
• Korek telecom shelter and mobile sites supply 2014
• Huawei / Asiacell 3G BSS Basrah swap project 2014
• Nokia Ip /Packet project
•Install, configure, test, commission and maintain microwave equipment (indoor and outdoor components),
•Very good background knowledge of transmission equipment & technologies, preferably Huawei, NSN & Alcatel
•Solid understanding and hands-on experience with installation of Microwave Antennas of different diameter such as (0.3, 0.6, 1.2, 1.8, 2.4)m
•Solid understanding and Hands -on experience with installation and operation of different MW link interface (SDH, PDH of type /1+0, 1+1 .2+0, XPIC, XPIC HSB, & XPIC SD HSB )
•Provide Technical support tasks including fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of Issues on Microwave Radio Links

•Zain /NSN MW Swap and Expansion & LOS project (Kurdistan 2012 and 2013)
In Television satellite station belong to IMN, My Work was including to all essential steps to follow up broadcasting process with maintenance to any defect in transmit-receive unit with respect to hardware &software
•O&M all Fanoos telecom 31 links /NEC or Ericson minilink in Diyala province
•Installation, Configure and Integrate the BTS (Huawei 6606 or DBS 3900)
•Perform the functional test of BTS according to the test procedure.
•Installation of expansion Rectifiers cabinets & sectors.
•Testing for all 16 external alarms to be connected to OMC.
•Survey all sites and do sweep test on site master to take VSWR and DTF test
•CDMA2000 RF/PN plan, neighbor list based on existing coverage & capacity
•Drive test - for CDMA new site /Drive test tools, (pilot panorama or tems) soft.
•Analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) RF Parameters
•Analysis of : low CSSR, interference, HO failure, drop or congestion call
