Our work is based on using Joomla! CMS to create corporate websites & news portals. My work included the following:
• Brainstorm and come up with ideas for website.
• Decide the target audience upon which we decides what feature to include and exclude, and what type of content needed.
• Create a full joomla! Website with all needed features with my team (a team of 6).
• Lead my team to create and deliver a website on time and make it live.
• Guide the team and provide the necessary guidelines & guidance to achieve our goals.
• Help the team to solve problems.
• Hands on the process developing of website, making sure we’re on the right path meeting the website requirements set earlier in the planning phase.
• Review and test the reated website, then make it live, and maintain them when asked to.
• Register designed websites with search engines using the latest SEO techniques.
• Design iPad magazines.
• Design presentation CDs.
My work as a designer includes the following:
• 2D cartoons & animation for mobile phones (the art work already exists).
• Design iPhone & iPad applications.
• Design flash demos, banners, websites and multimedia CDs when needed (basically anything has to do with Flash).
• Create, maintain and update existing websites.
• Upload websites onto server and register them with search engines, through extensive use of SEO techniques.
• Test website and identify glitches to solve them.
• Establish the purpose of the website based on it’s target audience.
• Identify the content type the site would host and ensure compatibility with PHP programming requirements.
My work as a team leader includes the following:
• Give guidance on colors, layout and style.
• Oversee and develop the company's and client's websites.
• Ensure business requirements related to the site development.
• Create new work orders and assign them to the appropriate team member.
• Review and test all work orders during the site implementation cycle.
• Using site metric tools to track site page view, performance and traffic.
• Apply new technology, media, interactive research and emerging standards related to internet marketing and digital media.
Work on the "E-Learning" project. My work included the following:
• Design what they call “Media” (a designed subject of a lesson) for the mathematics course of all grades.
• Later in the project I was assigned to be the Quality Assurance Officer for the designs produced by other designers in the project.
• QA reporting to Art Director and Creative Director.
My work included the following:
• Marketing the college diploma programs and training workshops.
• Look for opportunities to start up business relationships with other companies, in both academic side and business side, also keeping up with the existing customer base, and reporting to the direct management.
• Set up the marketing plan of the college.
• Keep in pace in terms of monitoring latest technologies and delivering up to date training workshops.
• Provide consultation and advice as training consultant to customers and potential customers.

Work on the “XPCV” project outsourced from UK (from a company called e-fomedia). The project involved using moderate to advanced actionscript (programming language of Flash), and my work included the following:
• Design a full XPCV flash site.
• Design online CV templates that are filled with content entered by the user (by filling online forms in the website).
• Finish the work in the deadlines set.
• Later in the project I was assigned to be the coordinator of the project, which included distributing the tasks to the rest of the team, making sure deadlines are met, reporting to the Project Manager in UK and the General Manager in Jordan, quick Quality Assurance of the work done, following up with the employees to make sure work is progressing successfully as scheduled to meet deadlines, fair authority to make decisions toward issues regarding work, while highly important decisions are only made by UK. These tasks were done alongside with the regular design work.
Coordinate the work between engineers in Jordan and engineers in Iraq.
• Reporting to the direct management, about the work of the employees, the quality & quantity.
• Judge over the work, and decide whether to work on the tender or leave it, and the authority of making exceptional discounts when needed.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi yearly and yearly analysis for the quantity and quality of work delivered.
• Meet the daily deadlines, keep up with the engineers to make sure work is being done as scheduled to meet deadlines, and follow up with the Iraqi side over the success of the delivered work.
• Check the work of the engineers whether their offers are meeting the standards accepted in Iraqi organizations, and the terms & conditions of each organization (they may differ from one company to another), make sure it also meets the MOU standards, and clear their offers from any typos.
• Incase any clarification needed to be done it has to go through me, any communication needed between the Iraqi side and the Jordan side has to go though me.
• Build formal business relationship with potential suppliers outside Jordan, alongside with the full communication with the existing suppliers.
• Communicate with potential suppliers around the world to build business relationship, follow up, and arranging meetings with them, and keeping a strong relationship with the existing suppliers.
• Sell sunglasses, sight glasses, contact lenses, goggles and accessories to retail outlets in the whole area of Riyadh.
• Report to the management.
• Follow up with the customers.
• Build a strong rapport with the customer.
•Build goodwill to the name of the company since it was a newly established company in KSA.
• Communication with potential suppliers around the world to build a business relationship, follow up, and keeping a strong relationship with existing suppliers.
• Sell sunglasses, sight glasses, and contact lenses to retail outlets.
The company decided to move its headquarters to Riyadh, KSA, under the name of Al-Hudaithy Medical Establishment and due to my enthusiasm and high interests in working in KSA, the company accepted moving me to KSA.
I started studying Business administration in the year 1996, and finished in four years in the year of 2000 with a very good average (GPA 76.4%). Enjoyed very much the Human resource course, and the international business courses as they introduce me to other cultures and how to deal with colleagues in work place, even if other nationalities were available
Al-Hussain College School is one of the best reputable high school in Jordan, that only accepts talented students, and I have finished high school with an average of (81.7%) in the scientific approach, and I selected the scientific approach because I like to analyze things and think which is provided in the courses of the scientific approach.
