Our work is based on using Joomla! CMS to create corporate websites & news portals. My work included the following:
• Brainstorm and come up with ideas for website.
• Decide the target audience upon which we decides what feature to include and exclude, and what type of content needed.
• Create a full joomla! Website with all needed features with my team (a team of 6).
• Lead my team to create and deliver a website on time and make it live.
• Guide the team and provide the necessary guidelines & guidance to achieve our goals.
• Help the team to solve problems.
• Hands on the process developing of website, making sure we’re on the right path meeting the website requirements set earlier in the planning phase.
• Review and test the reated website, then make it live, and maintain them when asked to.

Work on the “XPCV” project outsourced from UK (from a company called e-fomedia). The project involved using moderate to advanced actionscript (programming language of Flash), and my work included the following:
• Design a full XPCV flash site.
• Design online CV templates that are filled with content entered by the user (by filling online forms in the website).
• Finish the work in the deadlines set.
• Later in the project I was assigned to be the coordinator of the project, which included distributing the tasks to the rest of the team, making sure deadlines are met, reporting to the Project Manager in UK and the General Manager in Jordan, quick Quality Assurance of the work done, following up with the employees to make sure work is progressing successfully as scheduled to meet deadlines, fair authority to make decisions toward issues regarding work, while highly important decisions are only made by UK. These tasks were done alongside with the regular design work.

• Check the work of the engineers whether their offers are meeting the standards accepted in Iraqi organizations, and the terms & conditions of each organization (they may differ from one company to another), make sure it also meets the MOU standards, and clear their offers from any typos.
• Incase any clarification needed to be done it has to go through me, any communication needed between the Iraqi side and the Jordan side has to go though me.
• Build formal business relationship with potential suppliers outside Jordan, alongside with the full communication with the existing suppliers.
