 Prepares paperwork required for new hires, onboarding and establish personnel file
 Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office
 Developing and implementing contemporary recruitment methods to attract top-quality candidates appropriate to the position and Company’s needs
 Assist with the recruitment and interview process posting ads and organizing resumes and job applicants
 Finding job sites to collect curriculum vitae in Kuwait, Jordan and Lebanon.
 Documenting and approving staff vacation
 Respect and perform any task assigned by the manager not mentioned in the job description, contribute to improving the work
