• Prepare and check all types of legal documents such as Memorandum & Article of Associations, Resolutions, Addendums, Amendments, Notices and other relevant Letters as per the requirements set by UAE rules and policies
• Generally responsible for all legal support including drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts with clients and suppliers, managing the corporate entities, creating new entities and processing agreements.
• Drafting & Reviewing all kind of Agreements
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments
• Work together with the other members of the Law Department in view of delivering an outstanding service to our clients
• Legal advice on Trademark & Patent Laws, conducting Trademark & patent Search & registration
• Provide guidance and advice on legal/policy and legislative issues, and the ability to negotiate through collaboration
• Manage and evaluate all regulations, legislations, policies and procedures for licensing activities and ensure appropriate implementation
• Stay up-to-date with relevant draft by-laws, policies and legislations and conduct legal research
• Provide comprehensive support to all members of Group Legal including administrative liaison with external advisors in order to complete the task on the time
• Follow up with all the governmental and official departments
• Document control & management for legal documents
• Coordinating with PRO for Legal Documents attestation
• Represent the organization in police station and other government organizations
• Representative of the company in all seminars and conferences
• Preparing legal documents in both English and Arabic
• Assisting in the translation of legal documents between English to Arabic and Arabic to English

-Responsible for the restock inventory and review cash operation
