• Responsible for leadership of the Events & Catering Department including budgeting and forecasting of revenues, establishing sales goals for the Events & Catering team, maintaining SOP's and working closely with store operations to ensure quality and service of events
• Responsible for driving initiatives that will continue to grow the quality, sustainability and competitive edge of the organizations catered food and service program.
• Prepare the offer letters according the guest requirements in a self-efficient manner.
• Initial communication with guest through phone/email communication or meeting & establishment of basic requirements of guest
• Assures the guest pays the required deposit in a timely manner as per the contract
• Specialized in different table settings and services such as buffet service etc.
• Provide support to Banquet Captains during planning, setup and service of each assigned functions
• Ensuring an efficient operating cost reduction
• Having good knowledge of menu and food & beverage
