Resume:
I face many challenges in this project on a daily basis. For starters, the automation of existing process and procedures in our department through one solution was very hard, people used to work with their own files and methods. Given this fact, every step I’m involved in is a challenge because I have to constantly sell the value of this project to my managers. I also have to sell the value of this project to the upper level managers outside of my department. I feel like a sales person at times.

Site Audit & correction: As a network inventory system, this application stores all info about the network equipment done after an important operation of Audit done by Ericsson, this solution help managers in: ordering new equipment, initiation work orders, scheduling preventive maintenance, spare parts dimensioning…

At that time he started developing a huge data base and its management system to help managing and following most of the GSM sites deployment activities. That was a very successful project that permitted Okba to move working for the deployment department. Now and fortunately, I am working with Okba inthe same groupe. I love my job because I can sit down and interview the stakeholders that are part of the project and actively listen to their concerns. Once I had the requirements and concerns noted, I set off to deliver a world class experience. The project was very benefic for the enterprise, I was able to keep the lines of communication with the customer very open and assure them that I was on top of things.
