Role Summary
To maintain Jeeves of Belgravia branch in Pearl - Doha which include and not limited to providing exceptional
customer service, handling payments, collections and deliveries
Responsibility
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by answering calls and coordinating collections and deliveries.
- Assist with resolving both internal and external client's issues and concerns in a professional and timely
manner
- Provide a clean, organized and inviting environment for both clients and associates
- Checks all orders coming back from processing for correctness.
- Processing customer transactions and collecting payment at the point-of-sale.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer and dispenses customer orders.

& Responsibility
- Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor.
- Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees.
- Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.
- Ensure pricing is correct.
- Work on store displays.
- Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
- Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
- Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand.
- Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
- Organize and distribute staff schedules.
- Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
