Maximize revenue and profitability by focusing on and driving operational excellence and execution within either field operations or sales.
 Drive scope growth of existing customer base.
 Manage a team of CSM, Supervisor, engineers & Team Leaders with more than 20 members.
 In contracting & installation, manages the project engineering and commissioning teams.

 Drive development and implementation of operational discipline (employee, tools, processes).
 Accountable for final capacity planning / effective utilization of manpower and overall resources.
 Drive continuous improvement and implementation of best practices.
 Resolve promptly all operational issues impacting customer satisfaction.
 Ensure that existing customer portfolios are achieving proper profit levels and customer satisfaction as well as scope growth.
 Ensures compliance with legal requirements and ensures that the business is conducted with the highest ethical standards.
 Prepare and deliver clear performance expectations, performance reviews and development plans for direct reports. Ensures a consistent level of coaching.
 Ensure individual & team goals and objectives are aligned and from a priority include EBIT, cash flow, backlog growth, SG&A, productivity improvements, succession planning.
 Coach teams on the management of existing customer portfolio, operational risks, and conflict resolution and establish recovery plans as an option.
 Ensure compliance with the EHS Program for employees and subcontractors.
