Colleagues initiative Event and Mass Movement Show Pilot

•Manage budgets of $50, 000 up to $1, 000, 000 for different projects and prepare costs report for each project for pre-production, production and postproduction phases. •Supervise crew of more than 40 members. •Negotiate salaries and make deals, coordinate scheduling, and resolve complex production problems. •Function as a liaison to community representatives and local authorities to ensure trouble-free shooting and compliance with contract and permitting requirements. •Work on different projects at the same time with high efficiency. •Oversee wardrobe, property department and casting department. •Train internship students and junior staff in all aspects of production •Manage legal release, media rights and licensing. •Manage all travel, accommodation booking and facilitate crew trips to different international film festival (Cannes, Giffoni, Toronto, Venice, Tribeca Film Festivals, etc…). •Work with third party international film production houses, review budgets, schedules and crew. •Work as a fixer for international film production houses to facilitate locations, visas, travel arrangements and other necessary requirements for their shoots in Doha.

•Manage budget of $ 3, 000, 000 for Marketing and Launching Campaign for a new established company.
•Setup HR polices guidelines and procedures for a new established copmany.
•Setup launching and branding campaign within limited budget and prepare three years marketing plan.

•Schedule and tracking of on-going production, from pre-production through postproduction for external clients.
•Work closely with operations department managers to coordinate the daily shifting flow of production, with in-house teams and external clients.
•Set project budget and maintain tracking against budgets; locate cost overage/underage constantly in all phases of production.
•Support Sales throughout the project cycle as needed and Provide price estimates for work not covered by the rate card
•Responsible for developing, reviewing and reworking project specifications to ensure a quality and timely deliverable
•Monitor order entry system and ensure projects are provided to Production in a timely manner.
•Implement weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting structure.
•Work as a backup of Operations Planner if necessary

•Schedule all Operations Crew in 3 studios, 2 OB-Vans and 8 ENG Kits in addition to Video & Audio Editors according to the In-House Production Plan.
•Prepare weekly, quarterly & yearly operational, training and leaves planning
•Complete and analyze KPI monthly reports related to the actual utilization.
•Prepare Operations Division Budgeting and JCC Rate Card
•Provide evaluative inputs on new projects, manpower recruitment and any business development issues.

•Work on setting up the Classification and Licensing Systems Project of hotels, tour operators and different tourist activities in Qatar.
•Create the blue print of the curriculums of the tour guiding training course program.
•Carry out inspections and visits to all relevant tourist service, and write evaluation reports.
•Prepare the Training plan for all the inspectors.
•Prepare the Monthly Calendar of Events in Qatar for the year 04/05
•Update the organization website on monthly basis.

•In charge of planning, organizing, coordinating and following up major activities for entertaining festivals.
•Review quotations and make agreements with international entertainment organizations (i.e. Holiday on Ice, Johannesburg Wax Museum, etc…) and folklore groups (Russia, Romania, Oman, Egypt, etc...).
•Work in coordination with the Legal Advisor in preparing all the contracts related to the Festivals.
•In charge of all the participating procedures of the retailers during the festivals.

•Prepare the proposed hotels & tour operator licensing forms & classification criteria.
•Arrange accommodations and book airline tickets for the groups participated in the festivals of 2001, 2002, 2003.

-Help in preparing the payroll for 750 employees
-Update the bulliten board for the employees
-Assist on the Annual Year Party ideas and prepartions
-Responsible for the employees filing and other HR departmental documents files.
