Lead sales team and plan their activities accordingly.
Develop yearly sales plans and budgets with management.
Maintains communication between the branch and management by preparing daily, weekly and month end reports regarding sales and operations.
Plan daily activities of sales staff and evaluate their performance.

Formulate HR systems, policies and forms appropriate to the company’s corporate mission and goals
Recruitment and selection of staff
Plan and execute recruitment strategies to meet the staffing requirements of the company
Facilitate the recruitment cycle and participate in the selection process
Complete pre and post recruitment formalities and issue all relevant HR Letters.
Prepare and update employees grading system and pay scale.
Design and facilitate induction / orientation programs.
Monitor, measure and report on HR Issues.
Manage and develop direct reporting staff.
Liaise with other departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and need of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR policies and procedures.
Plan for daily activities of sales staff and their performance evaluation.
Prepare salaries and reward of all staff members and workers, twice a month.
Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
Conduct first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews
Conduct prescreening interviews and in person interviews of executive and mangerial level candidates
Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
Conduct employee orientation and facilitate new comers joining formalities Maintain and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database, organogram) of each employee.
Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have. Escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue
Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in consultation with the respective Managers
Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
Keeping records of staff insurance and Benovelent fund, get it renewed in due time
Coordinate and liaises with internal and external trainer on employees training needs and arrange trainings schedules for employees
Evaluate the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees
develop and improve HR policies and procedures with the changing requirements of the organization
Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
Conduct exit interviews for employees and record them accordingly.
Perform other special projects as assigned.
