Job Responsibilities:-
❖ Responsible for the Sourcing & Purchasing of Materials/Parts. ❖ Floating of Inquiries to Vendors, Collection of Quotations, Preparation of CS, ❖ Negotiation of prices with Vendors ❖ Quality Assurance of parts/material for purchase ❖ Issuance of PO, Delivery of Material, Booking of Invoices at Finance. ❖ To Evaluate Suppliers ❖ To establish and review the quality objective achievements. ❖ To maintain a current list of approved suppliers for purchasing ❖ To Monitor and Control the Suppliers for their performance ❖ To inform Supplier whenever a nonconformance occurs about his product ❖ To Advise Accounts Department for Payments to the Suppliers ❖ Issuance of Work Orders for Services

Worked as a Supervisor for the procurement of all kinds of spare parts required for under repair equipment at CMS Workshop, Descon Engineering Ltd, 24-Km Multan Road Lahore.

Job Responsibilities:-

❖ Receiving of Material Indents for the Requirement of Material . ❖ To Prepare Material Indent Status. ❖ Sourcing of Parts and material from local & foreign Vendors ❖ Floating of Parts Inquires to the relevant Vendors
❖ Receiving of Parts Quotations and prices negotiation ❖ Preparation of Comparison Statements (CS) ❖ Issuance of Purchase Orders (PO) to Vendors through SMART system. ❖ Regular follow up for the in time delivery of parts ❖ Delivery of Material at Store ❖ Co-ordination with Stores for Receiving of Accepted Material Report (AMR) ❖ Co-ordination with Finance for the release of Supplier Payments
