As an Accounts & Finance Coordinator, my duties are included as under:
I am Leader of my department and managing a team, task including selection/hiring, objective setting, performance management, coaching/development and training.
Responsible for the monthly close as well as maintenance of all accounting ledgers including monthly review of all account reconciliations and journal entries.
Management and supervision of A/P, A/R, General Ledger, Payroll, Fixed Assets.
Managing and controlling day to day accounting matters.
Payments schedule & planning as per budget and disbursement.
Handling and direct communication with Banks, Venders and other Stakeholder. Mark up calculations and booking against loans facilities.
Preparing documents for E-Filling of Sale Tax & Income Tax return and corporate e-filling.
Responsible for Sales Tax Return and Income Tax Return and claim the refund.
Managing all FBR issued e.g. show cause notice, post refund audit, Income Tax Audit, Observations.
All Sales Tax, Income Tax challans are deposited in Government Treasury under my supervision.
Banks reconciliation at month end and point our deduction and charges.
Investigating accounts discrepancies and reconcile to general ledger.
Reviewing AP & AR aging for timely collections of payments and for market outstanding.
Cash forecasting based on sales, cash collections.
Review all the payments documents for proper coding and supporting documents.
Keep updated records of prepayments in respect to staff insurance, rents for all programs and their monthly amortization; also keep track of their utility bills and travel expenses.
