Responsible for staff daily attendance, leave, sick leave and permit renewals.
Supervising Vehicles moments at cargo yard with customs approved documents.
Coordination with airport authorities, MOI, DGCA, and Custom related any operational issues.
Reports any emergency or unusual situation to Security supervisor and management.
Provides information and directs the visitors and clients to desired service locations.
Supervises security staff on shift and directs contract security personnel as required.
Supervises the completion of required forms and logs done by security staff on his shift.
Prepares reports concerning unusual occurrences during his shift for management.
Develops and train his subordinates either on job training or at training room as required.
Overall monitoring of all NAS operational staff at various locations and report any deficiencies, substandard duties and security breaches to the respective supervisors.
Performs any other tasks assigned by duty or designated supervisor or security management.
