• Worked with diverse product information and complex business needs to develop clear, creative, and compelling concepts and designs for the Boots Pharmacy, operating in 6 markets with over 150 stores from In-store Retail marketing to the digital & Social Media platforms.
• Responsible for creating effective campaign development and content creation across a wide variety of marketing touchpoints as it relates to design and art direction.
• Worked with junior designers, creative writers, brand and marketing teams to conceive and develop effective marketing materials across a wide range of applications, including product promotional campaigns, corporate advertising, eCommerce, microsites/landing pages, email marketing, social/content marketing, events, and trade show graphics, exhibit/environmental design, and executive presentations.
• Worked under pressure in a deadline-driven environment with responsibility for project status, performance metrics, timeliness, and budgets on several projects simultaneously.
• Worked with the Head of Marketing to create simplified messaging and customized graphics for website, new sales plans (omni-channel).
• Collaborated with the marketing department to conceptualize video content for stores (Digital front screens, till point-screens) and social & digital channels (for organic & paid campaigns).
Participated in launching around 50 stores across 10 markets in the Middle East region.
• Responsible for designing a brand magazine (Store Manual) for the Store Managers in order to maintain the US standards and to merchandise the products in the store on for-nightly basis.
• Communicated with the marketing department for the in-store POS material and the store related promotions.
• Successfully worked in meeting tight deadlines for the designs and printing projects as per scheduled Floor-set plans for the stores across all the markets.
• Regularly coordinated with host brand team regarding the concepts/themes of all the new product launches/soft launch/seasonal activities to keep the standards as per the Host Brand in the United States.
• Responsible of creating ATL/BTL artworks / exclusive booklets for New Product launch / Promotional marketing and other activities related to the Brand enhancement.
Handled the tasks of generating print media publications like catalogues, Ad Concepts, Magazine Ads, Newsletters, Magazine, Corporate Identity, Photography.
• Responsible for completion of magazine from design through printing and distribution.
• Executing various designs by using computer software and photography.
• Responsible for providing assistance in planning and coordination of special events like major exhibitions in UAE and Other countries (The PMV Big5 - Dubai; Conmex - Sharjah; Building Machinery - Abu Dhabi; BuildEX - Fujairah; Baucon Yapex - Turkey; PMV Saudi Build - Riyadh KSA).
• Liaised with external parties and ensured that he design meets their requirements.
Responsible for meeting clients (Authors) and fulfill their needs and requirements.
• Designed and conceived various ideas for almost every topic of books and advertising materials such as Political, Educational and also in medical books.
• Coordinated with Pre-Press and printing departments and given my suggestion for quality
improvement.
