Develop & effective implementation of Work Permit System (WPS).
Develop & implement Safe operating procedures, Safety plans i.e. (Temporary works Plan, Contractor Site Safety Plan, Emergency Response Plan, Logistic Plan etc.) & Safety policies.

Conduct safety campaigns i.e. heat stress, housekeeping, Driving Safety etc.
Ensure daily tool box talk wherever it is required.
Ensure firefighting equipment readiness 24/7 proactively.
Ensure strict compliance against company provided policy and legal issues.
Implementations of hierarchy of controls.
Investigate and make reports with recommended suggestions proactively regarding HSE incidents.
Record and maintain all HSE related documents.
Attend the monthly safety review meeting with HSE and business excellence director to review the KPI.
Prepare and oversee Safety plan and implementation in work area. Prepare and oversee risk assessment/JSA/TRA etc.
Prepare emergency response plan and evacuation procedure.
Prepare workers and staff gatepass I.Ds
Deliver and arrange safety inductions and trainings to site staff and workers.
