SB Group Intl. headquartered in Netherland and operating in GCC, consist of vertically integrated business portfolios with Distribution of Emergency Lighting System, Building Automation Solution (The Brown Field Revaluation) and providing BMS and Life Safety System maintenance & engineering services for premises including but not limited to Hotel, Malls, Stations, Hospitals, Schools etc. I'm accountable for the integrity and execution of the accounting, finance operations-corporate wide planning, budget setting, reporting & control, which include the production of periodic financial reports, analysis, project financing & appraisal, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, cost management, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported key financial results and matrix, ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles, international financial reporting standards. • Leading the array of functions as: ¨ Circulating weekly and monthly sales, margin and expense reporting to senior management (BU and Group Level) ¨ Evaluation of monthly reporting distributed by other cross-function team members related to project sales, gross margins departmental break-downs, regional breakdown, payroll expenses, sales G&A spend, and other significant P&L expense lines following the analysis vertical of budget vs forecast vs actual. ¨ Ensuring the business & financial risk compliance of NDAs, OEM, Distribution and Partnership agreements. ¨ Compiling financial reporting pack for Monthly Business Review (MBR) meeting, for financial reporting to JVs within EMEA regions. ¨ Spearheading the treasury, company secretarial tasks for GCC and EU entities. ¨ Leading the treasury, managing investors and financers relationship along with managing and onboarding the credit lines.
• Prepare business case and financial feasibilities for merger & acquisitions and fund raising with different venture capitalist and investing institutions.
• Ensuring governance and compliance in place, while actively reviewing & validating key business contracts & agreements for commercial and business risk.
