4. Responsible to work on SAP (CMMS) for all corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, work orders, Debt notes etc.
5. Responsible to monitor the Oil Room, Tool Room, distribution of tool kits to all Technicians & Associate Engineers working in mechanical department.
6. Responsible to check the status of inventory inside my jurisdiction.
7. Responsible for all kinds of internal and external audit regarding OHSAS, ISO etc for mechanical department.
8. Responsible to maintain the daily attendance record of all Technicians & Associate Engineers working in Mechanical Department.
9. Responsible to observe the daily performance and to maintain the daily attendance record & performance sheets of Continental workers/Painters working in the plant.
10. Responsible to carry out all safety task in the department & Risk assessments inside the floor and to reduce the level of risk.
11. Responsible for making all important documents, Memos inside the department for enhancing performance and to deliver the presentations as assigned by bosses on different topics to updating ourselves as well as our staff.
