• Responsible in portfolio management and relationships building to increase the numbers of Customers & provide quality customer services.
• Understanding and evaluation of customer’s strength through company profile, bank statements & Audit financials (Income Statement, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow analysis).

• Handling diversified Portfolio of SME Includes, SME and individual Liability.
• Responsible for dealing with customers for their day to day activities with bank.
• Develop a marketing plan to promote our own sales.
• Responsible for achieving the target set by Management.
• To increase the sales of SME products and meet the annual plan.
• Targeting SME and individual clients, target market list and creating awareness of the bank’s products and services.

• Maintains Sales target, Preparation of Proposals, Call Report & Bank statement Calculations
• Regular visits to the customers new to bank and existing clients
• Funding as per bank policy and under credit exposure
• Managing complex Targets assigned by Management To Deal with the Customers.
• To Deal with all Staff Members.
• To reply all the Queries relating to our customers to Senior Management.
• To reply all the emails.
• To attend all the Calls of Customers / seniors.
