Maintenance, Configuration & Troubleshooting of Layer-2 CISCO Switches for WIMAX & UMTS remote sites.
Maintaining the given Targets for Etisalat Service Level Management project SLM for enterprise Customers
Maintaining Records, Diagrams and Faults received in the Local Data Base & also in Corporate Management System (CBCM)
Monitoring the 1630 System X-Connect Alarms
Establishing Digital cross-connections on 1630 X-Connect system.
Monitoring the Alarms on DXB E-GOVT P-ATM Terminal
Monitoring the MSAN system Alarms
Maintenance of HDSL network through ASMOS.
Maintenance of Telex & Telegraph circuits.
Maintenance of ADSL lines.
Fault handling & maintenance of TDM, VFT systems.
Working on Alcatel 1630 & 1515 cross-connect systems.
Working on PDMUX systems.
Work Profile:
Analyzing and troubleshooting connectivity problems to the Internet through DSL, ISDN, Dialup and Cable modems.
Supporting MS Windows, Macintosh and wireless users in configuring their systems for Internet Connectivity.
Installation & Configuration of E-mail clients on different platforms and also supporting web based mail administration.
