Establishing PPRA Complainant Contracts relating to Construction, & Rehabilitation Works along with the Supply & Installation of Equipments on SAP Ariba. Following are major contractors established, being Manager Procurement I. Rehabilitation of Vertical Storage Tanks a) Tank 1001 and Tank T10 at ZOT b) Tanks T-431 and T-433 at PSO KTA. c) Tank T-02 and T-03 at Bufer Oil Terminal d) Tank T-201 at PMY II. Construction of 26700 KL Tank at Faisalabad Depot III. Improvement Fire Fighting System at KTA. IV. Development of pipeline link between PSO Booster Station and White Oil Terminal Station PARCO Near ZOT The job includes; 1. Review of Purchase Requisitions, Bid Evaluation Criterions & Specifications and make them PPRA compliant. 2. Prepare Request of Quotation at SAP, float tenders on SAP Ariba and conduct Pre-bid meetings. 3. Review technical evaluation reports and prepare comparative analysis. 4. Sought Management Procurement Committee (MPC) approval for qualified bidders by preparing Approval Notes & Presentations. 5. Coordinate with Bidders & Contractors to on time delivery of services and material.
Planning & Supervising M&R activities at depots & Installation across Pakistan by close co-ordination with the M&R Engineers. The key activities are as follow. 1) Planning, Supervising of Peer Review System on depots and installation across Pakistan on quarterly basis. Compiling the results and supervising the M&R activities as a result of Peer Review. 2) Supervising M&R Engineers (North & South) for timely completion of M&R activities by reviewing the Purchase Requisition, providing solution of problem during execution and managing the contractors. 3) Preparation of SOW of following Annual Maintenance Contract across Pakistan. a) SAAB Rosemount Radar Gauges b) DG Sets Maintenance (30 KVA- 500 KVA) across Pakistan. c) Smith Flow Meters d) Calibration of Pressure Vacuum Vents & Pressure Relive Valves. e) Boiler Maintenance Contract 4) Preparation of Specification & Purchase Requisition of following Equipments for depots and Installation. a) Product Pumps b) Loading Arms b) Swing Ladders d) Fire Fighting Equipments 5) Carryout Technical Evaluation of material & services required at depots & Installation. 6) Supervising the timely process of Bills & Security Release. 7) Visits for monitoring M&R activities at following PSO depots & Installations KTA, KTB, KTC, ZOT, Daulatpur, Shikarpur, Lalpir, JIMCO, Sahiwal and Vehari.
Dealing with the Purchases, Contract Services, Maintenance Repair & Construction Projects in a centralized procurement department that includes request for quotation, financial comparative analysis of bids and issuance of purchase / service orders/ work orders. The job responsibility also comprises of following-up with the suppliers/contractors for timely deliveries of material & services.
