• Preparing a project timeline, schedule, and status reports
• Creating SOW (Scope of work document) according to the project charter and contract.
• Create and organize a BRS sheets (Business requirement specification) after collecting the requirement from the implementers.
• Create an FTR document (Functional and Technical requirement) sheet.
• Using a Project & Task Management Tools such as ZOHO and AHA
• Analyze user stories for full non-ambiguous requirements managing defects by investigating, reporting and tracking to resolution
• Communicating with developers and clients to solve issues
• Writing test plans, complete with time estimates for completion by yourself and/or others
• Configure test environment
• Execute functional, integration, regression and system testing.
• Proficient in writing clear and precise defect reports as required for identified software defects and functional defects based on testing results using internal bug reporter.
• Analyzing system documents to get better understanding of the business in order to perform several testing types (functional testing, system testing and integration testing)
• Mobile application testing.
• Mobile and CRM integration testing.
• CRM applications testing and functionality testing.
• Mobile Salesman system testing.
• API testing using Charles and Json to HTML converter
• Automation testing using Selenium java (intellij)
• Database testing and integration between database and the system.
