- Researched various economies, in particular Egypt and the United Arab Emirates, to better understand their real estate sector; gathered financial reports on specific companies using the Bloomberg Terminal
- Built a financial model from scratch on a hotel and development company in Egypt using its financial statements to forecast future trends; conducted analyses to value the firm and prepared a draft report
- Assisted the managing director with the business development, operations and finances; created a financial model for the firm to forecast expected revenues and expenses and cultivated an internal strategy plan for the upcoming year(s)
- Conducted research with a team of 4 to organize high-impact education retreats and submitted proposals and strategies to clients that helped them manage their family businesses in Saudi Arabia
- Managed the recruitment process for new interns and the business CRM using Salesforce to keep track of clients
- Responsible with a team of 3 for making sure that all 109 students are satisfied with their dorm assignments; organized meetings with the head residents to discuss any problems and ways on how to improve the residents’ experience
- Supported PID - Levant members in evaluating research methodology and collecting various forms of data related to the study through desk and field research with the aim of building a database of information needed for report preparation
- Led a team of 4 other research interns to combine information, analyze data, and prepare reports that elaborate on the creation of potential shared value in the areas of Gemmayze, Mar Mikhayel and Bourj Hammoud in Lebanon
- Visited 6 hours per week to entertain outpatient cancer children, assist them with academics and support them throughout their treatment
