* Researched various economies to better understand the real estate sector and analyzed financial reports of specific companies in the MENA region
* Built a financial model from a company’s financial statements and had to forecast future trends to conduct analyses to value the company and prepare a draft report for the firm to publish

* Worked with other researchers to combine information, analyze data, prepare reports, and present research material to PID-Levant members and potential investors
* Responsible for making sure that all students are satisfied with their dorms and to report any problems to the responsible University departments
* Organized meetings with resident assistants to discuss any problems and how to improve performance
