Recruitment:
•Participating in recruitment efforts for both local and overseas hiring
•Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
•Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
•Collecting employment information
•Preparing new employee files
•Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
•Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
•Administering new employment assessments (Probationary period evaluations)
•Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
Organizational Development:
•Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
•Undertake tasks in performance management
•Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Employee Relations:
•Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc.
•Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
•Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
•Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
•Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
Answering the phone, routing callers, taking messages and providing the required information.
Establish and maintains rapport with the customers.
Serves as a basic point of contact for customers with complaints, queries, request and feedbacks.
Accountable for RFQs, Purchase orders and Invoices.
Handling of petty cash.
Drafting of letters/email as directed.
Filing of various incoming and outgoing documents.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as directed by the head(s) of the department
