Lead the HR functions for Group of Companies driving both strategic and operationally focused initiatives and service which delivers against the business strategy
Ensure all HR policies in the Group are in line with industry practices. Recommend and establish company policies and procedures
Ensure on time Performance Evaluation for continuous improvement and maintaining high performance standards and guide respective divisional management to manage their own performance
Maintaining organizational structures and staffing levels to accomplish all the recruitment and ensure that the right human capital is available as per business requirements
Responsible for all the Training and Development initiatives of the organization
Responsible for all HR compliance of the Group including the Disciplinary management and representing for LT cases and Labor Department for E.P.F / E.T.F & PAYEE
Responsible for all the transaction in HRIS (CEMEX) & Activtrack. (cloud based tool for productivity measuring)

Designing and developing of Training & Development programmes for Non-Executive level
Training and Development:
Schedule and facilitate training programs both In-house and Outdoor
Assist the HRD Manager with Training Need Analysis
Responsible for maintaining training information files
Manage and coordinate training related payments
Maintain participants data and manage registrations for training programs
Administration:
Responsible for preparing and calculating Incentive Schemes for all departments
Assist the HRM team with maintaining Employee Personal Files
Keep track of Personal Files data and provide reports to the management
Enter Employees’ details into SAP ERP System
