•In charge of composing various inter-office correspondence.
•Maintains all company vehicle records and handles Department Petty Cash fund.
•Coordinate with Account Department for weekly submission of reports.
•Responsible for a regular inventory checking process and a stock take every 6 months and at the very end of a calendar year if not synchronized.
•Responsible for ensuring that all H&S rules are implemented and followed by all team members and visitors.
•Responsible for training, managing and administration of all workshop staff.
Inventory control, Delivery, Purchasing and Materials management operations in the area of responsibility to ensure 100% fulfillment and accomplished
•Continually reviews existing procedures and implements improvements in order to reduce costs and increase productivity.
•Review and checks billing of Logistics Service Provider (Warehousing Stores and Delivery)
warehouse transactions (shipments, stock transfers, empties return, )
•Ensures that effective control is established in various aspects of warehousing.
•Provides the effective implementation and documentation of all stores warehousing such as receipts, storage, handling and issuances of stocks, materials and supplies.
•Ensures that the quality of all products is safeguarded while in storage
•Ensures that Logistics, Stores Managers and Sales Manager are informed of Stock Situations.
•Maintains optimum inventory levels of stock materials and goods .
•Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports; submits the same to the superior
directly to Warehouse Supervisor.
•Arrange Stocks.
•Item Price tagging.
•Loading of goods and empties to the delivery truck
directly to Warehouse Supervisor.
•Prepares daily deliveries.
•Loading of goods and empties to the delivery truck
for food preparations.
