capabilities to job requirements

Key Profile: Human Resources Officer/Trainer/HOD
Ensuring the smooth running of the HR policies of the institution and disseminating the same throughout the entire
organization.
Ensure proper hiring, compensation, performance management, labour laws and certifications are carried out per
organization norms.
Frequent meetings with the Labor Department to ensure a smooth transition of foreign employees.
Conducted Leadership & Life skills training for various public and private organizations across the Maldives. Some attendees
include Managers & highly prolific people from multiple departments like the Ministry of Health, Human Resources, Youth &
Sports etc.
