• Before the restaurant opens, make sure all the ingredients and raw materials are in stock Also all cutlery area properly laid out and the area is clean.
• Communicate the order to my other kitchen staff, food attendant may also be required to help in basic food/beverage preparation.
• Ensure the quality of the product before serve to the customer to prevent customer complaint in the future.
• Clean dishes, table counters and floors.
• Take a stock of all items once the restaurant closed before leaving.
• Monitor the junior level staff and provide them necessary training.
• Responsible of pizza dough and dough count inventory.
• Preparing breakfast and menus for the customers.
• Before the restaurant opens, make sure all the ingredients and raw materials are in stock. Also the preparation area is clean.
• Communicate order to the co-staff so that the orders are serve correctly.
• Ensure product quality before it serve to the customers.
• Take food and beverage order from the customers. Record the orders in the order taking system for record keeping.
