 Double check and monitors all incoming deliveries and outgoing stocks.
 Monitor proper documentation of purchase order (P.O.) invoices, stocks, withdrawal slip, bad order and inventory sheet.
 Actively participate in decision making and problem solving situations related to stocks withdrawals, issuance and deliveries.
 Maintain alertness to pilferage, damage or defective products.
 Encoding supplier invoices, receipt and return entries in the system as well as confirming all the delivery and damages daily report.
 Attending quarterly inventory.
 Can work under pressure.
