Project Description:
A township project by the ministry of housing of Oman in Sohar Municipality. The project composes of Three hundred (300) housing units located at different Seven (7) site areas. The project includes interior roads, development of large land areas complete with all amenities. The project cost 563.2 Million US dollars.

WORK DESCRIPTION:
In charge of works arrangement. Lead and manage site condition to ensure proper coordination with other subcontractors and project consultants. Check and ensure proper implementation of work assignments.
Provide active oversight schedule of project work. Identify project risk. Conduct and participate in project reviews and audit team. Approve /authorize all project personnel transaction, purchase requisitions, and variations orders.

Obayashi Corporation together with Kalima and yapi merkezi joint venture were involved in construction of infrastructures and stations which composes of 52 kilometers span (Red Line) and 24 Km (Green line) 22 over ground stations, 5.5 km of tunnels with 4 underground stations and 2 depots stations from red line and green line composes of 16 km elevated stations, 12 over ground stations, 7 kilometers of tunnels and underground stations in green line. The project cost nearly 3 Billion US dollars and longest driverless automated train in the Middle East.
WORK DESCRIPTION:
Responsible in overall site management.
Serve as Chief Engineer managing different site areas both from elevated and underground stations. Prepare weekly schedule of work assignments.
Manage all activities concerning structural, civil works, architectural and MEP activities as needed.
Lead and manage site condition. Supervise works in underground stations related to civil, structural and architectural works.
Coordinates with other parties concerned to avoid discrepancies/problems on plan regarding execution works.
Inspect all arrangement of works for dewatering in launching shafts and tunnels if conform to standard method of construction.

Serve as quality control and quality assurance inspector. Interface with other trades on works related issues. Conduct weekly meetings with project management team for review of work progress schedule.

This is a government owned project by the City of Antipolo, Philippines. The project cost almost Five Hundred (500) Million pesos or nearly Eleven Million (11) Million US Dollars.
WORK DESCRIPTION:
Oversee total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Ensure all company’s project policies, work procedures; standards are adhered to interpret policies as required.
Authorize all LPO’s and purchase requisitions and personnel transactions.
