* Providing and interpreting financial information to Top Management to drive investment decisions
* Preparation and manage staff payroll and other related statutory requirements.
* Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends, analyzing change and advising accordingly
* Working closely with CEO on full spectrum of financial matters concerning operations pertaining to business strategy, performance management, budgeting, forecasting, cash management and sales analysis.

* Drive process improvements in automation of financial reporting through close collaboration with up-stream process owners.
* Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
* Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, bankers and statutory organizations such as the Inland Revenue
* Producing accurate financial and management reports to specific deadlines
* Arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities
* Supervising finance team guide, assist and leading them in achieving given objectives
* Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
* Preparation of Market Analysis, Trend analysis, Revenue forecasting and new market opportunities
* Provide accurate Management Information in timely manner.
* Manage a finance team of 6 locals and 3 Maldivians, guide, assist and leading them in achieving given objectives
* Preparation of company budget and conduct detail analysis on the variances monitoring on monthly basis.
* Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, Cashflow& financial statements and daily cash reconciliation
* Supervise and administer all payments, fund transfer and refund processing in accordance to standard procedures.
*Timely remittance of the tax liability to the tax authority and ensure all tax credit to be claim and reconcile on monthly basis, timely registration and submission of document to the local tax authority
* Registration and submission of document to the local authorities for statutory requirement
* To ensure compliance to the company’s procedures and corporate governance including various company policies
* Handling of customer complaints and compensation payments
* Dealing with agents, processing all Malaysia airlines refunds to passengers
* Working in ERP environment with SAP system (Specifically trained in Malaysia)
• Routine and other Adhoc reports and analysis
• Assisting in preparation of Budgets, forecast and business plans of the company
• Updating of actual against the budget in a performance monitoring mechanism every month
• Preparation of regional sales performance report to management and analysis on monthly basis
• Experience in external auditing in various types of service, manufacturing and none government organizations.
• Preparation of financial statements including Income statement, Balance sheet and Cashflow statement for private, government and none government organizations
• Worked using several accounting packages such as SUN, MYOB, Quick book and Tally
• Worked as a team member, lead the team and made decisions related to team works
