PRIMARY: Ensure total customer satisfaction. Receive customer inquiries by phone or email and give exact and reliable information about Office 1’s Business Development Product. Prepare quotations. Search and assign items and downloading brochures/photos on customer needs. Send quotation by fax or email and distribute copies to salesperson in charge for review and reference. Weekly report to the Head of the Department for information and update. Follow-up with customer’s status of the quotation send from time to time. Finalize the required tenders and work with the salesperson and Business Development Manager in the selection of items to offer for tender. Forward the Purchasing Department the selected items with cost price in order to assign selling price.
Identify and contact suppliers for Purchase Orders, quotations and price negotiations. Prepares tender documents based on the given requirements. Keep and maintain filing of records and documents. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior. Follow up payment for a particular client assigned by the management
