Administer Compensation & Benefits programs including Life insurance & Pension
Programs.
* Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select qualified candidates.
* Assist in providing current and prospective employees with information about policies, job
duties, working conditions, wages, maintaining company discipline &controlling attendance.
Studying opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
* Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with under staffing, refereeing disputes,
and administering disciplinary procedures.
* Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity,
and recommend needed changes.
* Handling all medical issues.
* Handling all issues with Labor Office and Social Insurance Office; in addition to random
inspectors’ visits.
* Assists in arranging Employees Training and Development Programs.
* Assist in overall employees' payroll. Payroll reporting and month closing with Accounting
Dept.
* Assist in handling HR budget and expenses.
* Issuing Visa and residence permits to the Company's expatriates.
* Handling salary surveys & Employees satisfaction surveys.
* Arranging employees' social events.
(All duties related to a Cabin Crew)
