• Answers queries and requests from the existing and potential tenants for enquiries relating to managed properties
• Prepares tenancy contracts for new tenants and old tenants for renewal both in REMS and EJARI system.
• Organize and file all applicable contracts and paperwork.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating Leasing and Property Information List
• Fully informed of current rental rates, sizes, locations and all amenities of property
• Knowledgeable of required telephone and rental techniques.
• Knowledgeable of current market conditions.
• Send contract renewal notices to tenants three months before contracts are due to expire
• Ensure that provide all required documentation for DEWA connection and key hand-over before tenant check in
• Follow up with the renewals and ensure that contracts are renewed before the expiry date.
• Follow-up with tenants with regards to bounced cheques - coordinate with accountant in regards the status of payment.
• Prepares required documents for the PRO in order to file legal cases against tenants.
• Reviews completeness of documentation and prepares document assigned by legal department
• Prepare monthly leasing reports for designated managed properties.
• In the absence of the accountant, the administration assistant will prepare receipts when payments are received.
• Coordinate and cooperate with property agents and consultants on any issue related to managed properties specially the newly vacated unit
• Prepare the required quarterly report needed by the auditor related to managed properties and coordinate with the manager for other issues.
