• Responsible for complete plant operations.
• Supervision in all electrical works of the plant, installations of Panel boards, PDB, LDB, cable trays, raceways, laying cables, terminations on panel board, switchgears and control panels, indoor and outdoor lighting.
• Installation, operation and maintenance of electrical control panels with PLC and Beck off, air compressors and motors.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting breakdowns of conveyors weighing batchers, gear boxes, pneumatic and hydraulic jacks, mixers and expertise in plumping.
• Installation and calibration of digital scales and load cells involved in time batching.
• Maintain balance of spares for field machineries and control system.
• Ensuring implementation of all health and safety regulations.
• Facilitation of DCL and ISO Auditing and necessary documentation.
• Managing a team of electrician and mechanics for plant operations.
• Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate program of assigned engineering work and projects.
• Played key role in ensuring team efforts met and exceeded all financial, performance, quality and reliability goals.
• Oversee project execution efforts to assure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget along with Client/Consultants/Subcontractor coordination for site requirements.
• Study technical drawings, specificationsof electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
• Handle the costing, supply, testing, commissioning, installation and maintenance of transformers, RMU’s, metering cubicles, HT and LT panels, HT and LT cables, DG sets, lighting, wiring systems and utilities.
• Preparation and verification of Running Bills / Final Bills & payment follow up’s.
• Preparation of As built drawings, handing over documents & CEIG documents.
• Estimate cost, reliability, safety factors and arranging manpower at site.
• Preparation of Electrical layouts in AUTOCAD and load calculations involved.
• Estimation and Costing of Electrical materials and Works.
• Responsibilities include monitoring and follow the execution of electrical works and as well as other related electrical utility systems.
• Responsible for the preparation and review of electrical design including load schedules, drawings and specifications.
• Executions of civil works to certain extend in addition to MEP works in the site
• Attending meeting with consultant, client and proceed the work accordingly.
• Carry out the procurement process for the required items in a highly efficient, profitable and timely manner.
• Preparation of lightning & power layouts, SLDs using AutoCAD.
• Preparation of BOQ of materials for supply, erection & commissioning for projects.
• Execution the electrical work based on municipality schedules.
