Sultan Kudarat Provincial Hospital is a PhilHealth-accredited government hospital with a bed capacity of one hundred (100). It caters the medical needs of residents from Sultan Kudarat, as well as the neighboring provinces of Maguindanao, North and South Cotabato.

Detailed Job Description
•Demonstrates professionalism in interactions with patients, physicians, nursing staff and other patient care members and co-workers
•Demonstrates flexibility to assist in achieving safe, effective and efficient staffing and scheduling
•Ensures a sterile work environment and the safety for all personnel and patient in the operating room
•Ensures that correct procedure be performed on the correct patient
•Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies and procedures and protocol
•Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing technique
•Checks and makes sure that all operation room equipment are in good condition and functioning properly
•Demonstrates self-directed learning and participate in continuing education for professional growth
•Circulator Nurse -Manages the pre-operative care of patients and assists the surgical team in preparing all necessary operating equipment prior to the surgery. Assists in positioning and responding to comfort/safety of the patient. Assess and re-assess patient condition before, during and after an operation, observing and recording significant conditions and reactions, detecting deviations from normal, reporting findings and documenting appropriately. Serves as patient advocate towards appropriate interventions and care planning
•RN Surgical First Assistant -Directly assists the surgeon during an operation by providing the right surgical tools, controlling bleeding, operating medical devices, cutting and handling tissue as well as suturing during a procedure. Performs surgical procedures under the supervision of the surgeon
