The Heart of Europe is a subsidiary of the Kleindienst Group UAE. I am in charge of the entire Hospitality Division Operations. I
assist and support the project executive design team with the development of the concept for every property, guiding them in
fulfilling the hospitality requirements of the DTCM Classification department. Development of policies and procedures for the
hotels including the pre-opening and opening action plan for the St. Petersburg Resort to be open end of 2016. Chairing
meetings for hotel requirements with external consultants of kitchen and laundry, retails, utilities and main contractor.
