Booking all expenses and making all accruals at the end of each month
Review of accounts payable & accounts receivable
Reviewing the Fund requirement through cash flow statements on monthly basis
Ensuring compliance with the accounting policies, procedures
Reconciliation of ledger accounts, preparing monthly Schedules
Reconciliation of Daily sales with Bank deposits
Coordinating in issues relating to accounting entries, payments, expenditures, banking, periodical accounts closing
Keeping record of assets by properly labelling them to match with the asset register
Bank Reconciliation
Preparing Expenditure Budget and reviewing it with actuals on monthly basis
MIS reports on monthly basis and highlighting major variances
Providing financial information and statistics to Management.
Disbursement of Salary to staff
Accounting through Oracle financials
Comlying with Tax regulations and filing periodical returns
Communicating with
• General Sales Agent on routine matters relating to the station
• Local Govt Authorities on matters relating to Income Tax, Service Tax, Airport Authority
• HO Finance on routine and specific matters concerning the station accounts.
• Local Bankers, Auditors, Consultants, BSP etc.
Accounting of Daily sales and matching with Bank Deposits
Making payments, booking the expense in Online accounting - Sun systems
Bank reconciliation
Reviewing Performance Reports on Monthly basis and highlighting Variance of Actuals vs Budget
Receivable & Collection Reports
Maintaining Stock Register and preparing Monthly stock statements
Preparing Cash Flow statements
Invoicing agents for Sales
Reviewing Debtors & Creditors ledger on a monthly basis
