HEXA OIL & GAS SERVICES in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES (U.A.E) from August 2013 to still.
• Now iam working in SHAH GAS DEVELOPMENT PROJECT in ABUDHABI through HEXA OIL & GAS SERVICES.
• Iam previously worked in HABSHAN SULPHAR GRANULATION PLANT (HSGP) errection & commissioning works in ABUDHABI through HEXA OIL & GAS SERVICES.
• I worked in INDIA Three years.one year in KARNATAKA POWER CORPORATION LTD (KPCL) project BALLARY in KARNATAKA state as instrument technician errection & commissioning works through AUTOTRICAL contract company.then two years worked in maintenance THE ANDHRA SUGARS & CHEMICALS LTD TANUKU in ANDHRA PRADESH.
• Calibration, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of all industrial instruments like flow, level, pressure, temperature transmitters, H2S, SO2, NH3, CL GAS detectors, LSW'S, PSW'S, Magnetic flow meters, controlvalves, Power cylinders, Proximity sensors, Controllers, Indicators, solenoidvalves,
DPG's etc., Iam familiar with 375, 475 HART COMMUNICATOR.
• I have good experience in FIRE & GAS system (F&G system) .I worked with Smoke detectors, heat detectors, Beacons, Horns, Pullcard switches, Photo cells, Manual call points etc.,
• Stroke testing of pneumatic, hydraulic valves.loop-checking and troubleshooting of Input and Output signals.
• I have good knowledge about P&ID's, logic diagrams, Schematic drawings, Instrumentation loop diagrams (ILD'S)
• Prepare reports and establish proper documentation.
• Iam familiar with PLC & YOKOGAWA Distributed Control System (DCS)
EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
• Represented school and college teams in various sports like Cricket, Kabaddi.
