The primary role is to identify and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations through,
•Works with Project Engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations.
•Participates in the development of design and installation specifications along with commissioning plans.
•Participates in the final check out of new installations. This includes factory and site acceptance testing
•Guides efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems.
•Preliminary hazards analysis - (PHA),
•Criticality analysis (CA),
•Loss Elimination, Risk Management and Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM),
•Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA),
•Root Cause Analysis (RCA),
•Simplified failure modes and effects analysis (SFMEA),
• Reliability Control Measures (RCM),
•Technical Support (TS),
•Execution of In-house projects,
•Spares Optimization & control (SOS),
•Equipment Preservation and Plant Decommissioning,
•Asset disposal,
•Internal Safety Audits,
•Closely monitor the unit Shutdown & General Shutdown,
•Well familiar with work Permit Culture & safety procedures.
Processing & Trading of Basic Raw Materials, Fine Chemicals and Intermediates for Petrochemicals, Agrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Polymers, Pesticides, Insecticides, Paint and Ink Manufacturing Industries.
