Administrative professional over 30 + years of experience in Administration & Finance with a wide range of management and accounting skills developed and applied in supporting management organizations.
Responsible for setting up the company’s accounting and installing necessary Admin / Account procedures. The company was established under CASA offset program, a branch of Construcciones Aeronauticas, S.A 9CASA), Madrid, Spain.
Exposure relating to suppliers, customers, banks, payroll, day to day cash, customer billing, month/year end closing, maintaining project status for all cost centers in addition to be being entrusted in the company’s internal and external audit. The company was involved in several manufacturing and trading activities related to Engineering, Chemicals, Oil Field Equipment to name a few.
Maintaining intercompany accounts reconciliation, payroll, cash, receivables, payables and liaising with bankers along with preparing weekly and monthly financial statements to all levels of management.
Coordination of Marketing, Accounts, Logistics & Personnel Department, policy formulation and implementation to handle personnel matters of the employees, reporting to all levels of management, control day to day affairs of invoicing, purchasing and following up of debtors.
