Handled following Key responsibilities
• Liaise with key stakeholders on the project & delivery partners relating to the integration of project delivery
• Attend daily and weekly meetings and represent the company relating to engineering matters & take minutes, Initiate & formalize.
• Review all design and related documentation and ensure Construction is as specified.
• Relay all issues relating to Design and Construction to the Construction Manager & Design team
• Relay Client about changes & its tentative cost & time implication on work schedule.
• Assist in the provision for alternatives to pro-actively solve design or construction issues
Ensure client requirements are met.
• Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
• Responsible for identifying, analyzing & monitoring site constraint & keep a track of changes within section & its impact on work schedule.
• Responsible for incorporating changes into ongoing work, drawings & change register.
• To address request for information (RFI) & Inspection request.
• Implementing engineering systems & control,
• To monitor external changes to work, methodology, sequencing & report the effect of change, anticipate recourses level of contractor, follow up for improvement & effective.
• Actively assist & advise to contractor on technical matters. Identify & manage risk. Provide technical guidance to the site & resolve critical site issues
• To review the progress in safety, quality, technical & productivity. Provide accurate & timely reporting of progress against the programme to client.
• To review KPI’s on fortnight & monthly basis. Report writing & updating.
• Ensure appropriate & timely arrangement for obtaining design & details, Review & returns for compliances, Value engineering.
• To review contractor’s Request for Change(RFC) & process forward to concern department for costing, risk assessment, value engineering, HSE analysis.
• To manage & organize duty & responsibility of subordinate team of Sr. Engineers, Engineers
• Responsible. To raise NCR for defective work, to participate in weekly safety audits, Review contractor’s method statement, work procedures, contractor’s shop drawing & as build drawings.
