• Reviewing and Modifying detailed engineering documents like control panel wiring diagram, control philosophy, IO list as per site requirements and updating of all these documents for generation of As Built drawings and documents • DCS Graphics Development & Configuration, Structural Architecture, Functional Architecture, DCS Logic Development/ Modification, Functional Testing, Loop check, Installation & Commissioning as per IEC standards • Installation of IA 8.5 System Definition, Foxboro I/A DCS Software(FOXVIEW 10.2.2), Configuration of 200 Series FBMs, FDSI FBMs, HART FBMs • Sequence of Events Collector and recording events, AIM Datalink Historian (version 3.3.1), OPALIS 4.0 Report building software. • Third Party Interface of DCS, PLC, SCADA and ESD Systems using MODBUS, INDUSTRIAL ETHERNET, OPC(AIM OPC SERVER, MATRIKON, FS GATEWAY) • Installation and Commissioning of TMR based TRICONEX -MP 3008 for Burner Management System as per NFPA 85. • Installation and Commissioning of PADO system(EtaPro 10), Master & Clock system for time synchronisation and LVS system. • Commissioning of Boiler control systems like Furnace Safeguard Supervisory System (FSSS), Feed water control system, APH Fire Detection & Leakage Seal Control System, Soot blowing Control System, Boiler Tube Leakage Detection System, Steam temperature control system, Furnace draught control System, Furnace flame monitoring system, Vibration monitoring system(GE- Bently Neveda) • Calibration, installation, commissioning and maintenance of various field instruments such as pressure, level & flow transmitters, RTD, Thermocouples, Level transmitters, Mass flow meters like Coriolis, Vortex, Turbine and metering pump flow meters. • Commissioning of Motor operated valves of AUMA, SIPOS, ROTORK, SHANGYI make. • Commissioning and maintenance of Control valves, Condition and machine monitoring system, On-line process analyzers, Variable speed drives, Pneumatic instrumentation, Solenoids, hydraulics and pressure relief valves of various make such as Fisher, ABB, Siemens, Emerson, E&H, GE- Bently Neveda, Yokogawa, Allen Bradley. • Installation and commissioning of on-line Oxygen and combustible analyzer, Extractive type Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) for SOX, NOX, CO2, CO and dust monitor.
B.E in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering with First Class (CGPA - 8.67) from Annamalai University, Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu –Passed out in 2012 Diploma in Industrial Safety from Directorate of Distance Education, Annamalai University, Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu, with 61.4% - Passed out in 2012.
